UPDATE* NOV 27TH '07*

Won't keep the suspense longer. We have the final cast of season 1 AND season 2 as well (for the most part)
So here they are:

SEASON 1

I am yet to email the actors, (that's how fresh it is!) and so if you saw it here first, Congratulations.

SEASON 2
Just a brief description: The theme for this season is 'Revelation', and deals with themes ranging from poverty and immigration to prejudice among other things. The characters are set, but the scripts are being developed and written, and updates will be posted here. Again 5 main characters, here are the actors playing them, both the leads and the 2 major supporting roles:

George Young

Thanks to all the other actors who auditioned, and we will now be placing their information in the talentpool board for supporting roles in this and future seasons and major roles in other storyarcs. Shooting will commence after the new year.

UPDATE* NOV 22ND '07*
Casting is over, and the results will soon be announced officially. Once this is done, then the talentpool list should also be filled with the actors who we have seen and who are keen to get involved in some way.
Shooting wil now definitely commence in the new year. Thanks to all who applied.
In other news, we have a few new team members on board, a big welcome to you all! And to all those who have joined the group. Keep inviting, the more the merrier.
The intro for the show is also still in progress, and we will keep you updated on that. Watch this space.

Firstly, here is the provisional list of directors who are to be considered for the first season:

If you still have not sent in a proposal by Wednesday, then meetings will go ahead to finalise the directors from the list above.
Info on the scenes to be read during the call backs. I will refer to scenes directly as opposed to page numbers, so if files differ then there is no confusion:

JAMES - Chapter 1 "Phone call with Katherine and then his employer" & Chapter 4 "Breakdown with Katherine"

KATHERINE - Chapter 1 "Conversation with girls at party" & Chapter 4 "James' breakdown"

SAMANTHA - Chapter 1 "Conversation with David; entirety" Chapter 3 "Counsellor session; entirety"

UPDATE* NOVEMBER 5TH '07*

CASTING UPDATE - Actors have been selected for a casting callback session which will take place in the coming weeks. These will be filmed prepared readings, and will most likely take place over a few days, possibly on a weekend. The scenes to be read will be announced later today, so watch this space for that. Those who were not invited for call backs will all be added to the talent pool for future seasons, as well as supporting roles in this season and others. Some supporting roles have also been cast, details of which will also be announced later today.
A future story arc, theme 'Revelation', also has been almost completely cast through this past session. Of course heads of other story arcs in development should please look at the Talent Pool first for casting.
Again, anyone interested in taking part in the call back sessions should make a note on the board, wall, or email me. Thanks to those who already have.

PROPOSALS - The deadline for these has been extended to Wednesday the 7th of Nov. A provisional list of the directors will also be put up later today, which may then change after the new deadline.

In other news, the intro for the series might very possibly be shot this weekend. Our principal Cameraman for this shoot is Christopher Schneider, however 2nd units and all other interested parties are more than welcome. Again just post to the board, or send an email.

Announcements on both counts shall be made soon. Casting will go through call backs after this weekend. Any directors and crew who would like to be present or participate, just make a note on the board, or send me a message.
